PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally control air conditioning facility by accurately estimating a load generated by a user staying in a room on the basis of past actual performance.SOLUTION: An air conditioning facility control device 10 has an entering/leaving management section 20 for managing the entering/leaving of the user to a room, a storage section 22 for storing user information in the management section 20, an average staying-person number estimating section 26 for estimating the average number of persons M of the users staying in the room on the basis of the stored user information, and a user load calculating section 30 for calculating a user load as the load generated by the user staying in the room on the basis of the average number of persons M estimated by the estimating section 26. By this constitution, as the load generated by the user staying in the room can be accurately estimated by the average staying person estimating section 26 and the user load calculating section 30, the air conditioning facility can be optimally controlled on the basis of the load. |
