PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure cooperation of information transmission between communication apparatus and other communication apparatus in the power line communication system.SOLUTION: The communication apparatus 6 has a modem 27 that transmits and receives signals including communication data that is communicated with other communication apparatus 4 connected with the power line 3 via the power line 3, a power line communication detection unit 28 that detects communication states of power line communication by the modem 27, and a communication control unit 41 that determines communication quality of the power line communication based on communication states of the power line communication detected by the power line communication detection unit 28. The communication control unit 41 transmits the determined information on the communication quality of the power line communication to other communication apparatus 4 via the modem 27 in order to make other communication apparatus 4 perform processing according to the communication quality of the power line communication. |
