PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately indicate a photographing parameter or an image processing parameter corresponding to a designated subject during photographing or reproduction.SOLUTION: A subject 52 designated with a finger 42 of an operator is detected in a live-view image 40 displayed on a screen, a photographing parameter 54 corresponding to a kind of the subject is selected, parameter change information 70 for changing the selected photographing parameter is displayed on the screen and in response to a change instruction from the operator to the photographing parameter, contents of the photographing parameter are changed.
