PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a volume-sensitive dispenser in which the volume of a resin to be dispensed by a pump is measured correctly and the measured volume is fed back to control more correctly the volume of the resin to be dispensed.SOLUTION: The method for controlling the volume-sensitive dispenser, in which the predetermined volume of the resin to be discharged from the pump is dispensed to a workpiece under control, includes: a preliminary dispensation step of dispensing the resin to the workpiece by the pump; a volume measurement step of scanning the workpiece, which passes through the preliminary dispensation step, by an optical scanner to measure the volume of the dispensed resin; a correct volume calculation step of calculating the volume of the resin to be dispensed additionally by using a difference between the resin volume measured at the volume measurement step and the predetermined volume of the resin to be dispensed; and a correct dispensation step of additionally dispensing the resin to the workpiece by reflecting the volume of the resin to be dispensed additionally which is calculated at the correct volume calculation step. |
