PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for high damping laminates which inhibits the deterioration of the elongation at break of the rubber composition after vulcanization to improve damping properties.SOLUTION: The rubber composition for high damping laminates contains a 100 pts.mass crosslinkable rubber component, 10-80 pts.mass silica, and a 0.1-30 pts.mass polylactic acid resin which is a copolymer having a copolymer ratio (L-form/D-form) by molar ratio of L-form to D-form of 1/99-99/1.
