PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor unlikely to be affected by noises.SOLUTION: The temperature sensor includes a temperature sensor circuit having a current control element (resistor R1) or a current control circuit and a sensor element (diode D1) connected between a power source VDD and a grounding GND and forming an output terminal TEMP connected between the current control element or the current control circuit and the diode D1 and outputting a potential in response to a detected temperature, in which a capacity C1 is connected in parallel with the diode D1. PNP, NPN bipolar transistors, etc. can be used for the sensor element in addition to diodes. The capacity can maintain constant a voltage Vtemp generating between both ends of the diode D1 by accepting a changed portion Inoise of current which flows through the diode D1 and have changed by fluctuation of a source voltage. |
