PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat-resistant endless belt, in which generation of air bubbles possibly causing deterioration in durability or adhesion strength is extremely less, even when being heated to a high temperature.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the heat-resistant resin belt includes, in order: an inclined thin thickness part forming process of forming a first inclined thin thickness part, in which the thickness of the heat-resistant resin sheet becomes gradually thinner, on one side of one end portion of the heat-resistant resin sheet, toward the end of the end portion, and a second inclined thin thickness part, in which the thickness of the heat-resistant resin sheet becomes gradually thinner, on the side different from one side of the other end of the heat-resistant resin sheet, toward the end of the end portion; a first adhesive agent application process of applying the adhesive composition onto the inclined surfaces of the two inclined thin thickness parts; a wiping process of wiping off the adhesive composition applied in the first adhesive agent application process; a second adhesive agent application process of applying the adhesive composition onto at least one surface of the inclined surfaces of the two inclined thin thickness parts; a joining process of joining the inclined surfaces of the two inclined thin thickness parts together; and an adhesive agent curing process of curing the adhesive composition. |
