PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging control apparatus, imaging apparatus and imaging control method, proper to reduce a time loss caused in a processing compressing the tonal range of the brightness of HDR image data.SOLUTION: The imaging control apparatus 20 is formed in a configuration including an HDR-signal processor 30 and a frame memory 40. In the HDR-signal processor 30, pixel data S1 and S2 obtained by the imaging with an ultrashort exposure time T1 and a short exposure time T2 are acquired at a time earlier than the pixel data S3 obtained by the imaging with a standard exposure time T3. In the HDR-signal processor 30, brightness image data P separating the illuminating-light components are generated from the pixel data S1 and S2 while using the obtaining timing of the pixel data S2 as a starting timing, and a gain for a tone mapping is generated from the brightness-image data P. Then, the HDR image data are generated from the pixel data S1 to S3 while using the obtaining timing of the pixel data S3 as the starting timing, and the tone mapping is carried out by multiplying the image data by the gain. |
