PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pharmaceutical composition which is a pharmaceutical composition containing (+)-N-((3R)-7-(1-hydroxyethyl)-3-(4-isopropylphenyl)-4,6-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)-3,3-dimethylbutaneamide as an active ingredient, improves the stability of the active ingredient, and prevents cloudiness on dilution.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition includes (+)-N-((3R)-7-(1-hydroxyethyl)-3-(4-isopropylphenyl)-4,6-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)-3,3-dimethylbutaneamide, a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, and a buffer solution. |
