PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate determination of used paper with respect to papers set to a feeder cassette.SOLUTION: The papers are set to the feeder cassette 15. A residue detection section 17 detects the residue of the papers set to the feeder cassette 15. A recording section 19 records paper replenishment time in association with the feeder cassette 15 when the papers are replenished and set to the feeder cassette 15. When the residue detected by the residue detection section 17 is increased, a replenishment time recording control unit 21 controls to record this in the recording section 19 as the paper replenishment time. When the residue is lowered than a predetermined value, the replenishment time recording control unit 21 performs reset-control of the paper replenishment time in the recording section related to the feeder cassette 15 whose residue drops, by the drop amount. Based on the reset of the paper replenishment time, a determination section 23 determines the papers corresponding to the residue as the used paper. |
