<p>Disclosed is a fuel injection system in which a common rail (120) is provided, along the length thereof, with connectors (124,127) lined up at an equal pitch (P). In a plurality of engines (70, 70') with a different number of cylinders, at least a plurality of fuel injection tubes (126), connected to the connectors group (124,127), are configured, without changing the curved shape of the tubes, as a common part that can be used in a plurality of engines (70, 70') with a different number of cylinders by configuring so that the positional relationship of the common rail (120) relative to a fuel pump (116), below an intake manifold (73,73'), is either the same or is offset by the pitch (P) of the group of connectors (124, 127).</p> |
