TANDEM STRUCTURE SOLAR CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A tandem structured thin film solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to implement each manufacturing process according to temperatures based on one heating process with respect to a transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(202) is formed on a transparent substrate(201). One or more first light absorption layers(203) are formed on the transparent electrode. A rear electrode(205) is formed on the first light absorption layers. One or more second light absorption layers are formed on the rear electrode. A backside electrode(211) is formed on the second light absorption layers.
