PURPOSE: Soundproof equipment of a pivotal video-audio system is provided to effectively block the transmission of sound between two areas of a space, which are partitioned by a wall. CONSTITUTION: Soundproof equipment of a pivotal video-audio system comprises a wall(3), a through hole(4) which is formed in a part of the wall, and a video-audio device(5) which pivotally installed in the through hole. A space is partitioned by the wall into a first area(6a) and a second area(6b) in which the video-audio device can be watched selectively. The wall comprises a wall frame which is installed around the through hole. A device frame is installed around the video-audio device and contacts the wall frame.
