PURPOSE: A chiller type air-conditioner is provided to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator by superheating oil and oil mixed refrigerant using the heat radiated from the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A chiller type air-conditioner comprises a compressor(10), a fin-tube type condenser(20), an expanding device(30), an evaporator(40), and an oil recovery channel(100). The fin-tube type condenser comprises a refrigerant tube(23) in which refrigerant flows and heat exchangers(21,22) which have a plurality of fins(24) formed around the refrigerant tube. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant by passing air through the heat exchanger. The expanding device expands the condensed refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the expanded refrigerant. The oil recovery channel, which collects oil from the evaporator and provides the collected oil to the compressor, passes through the condenser so that oil and oil mixed refrigerant are superheated with the heat radiated from the heat exchanger.
