PURPOSE: A remote controller for controlling a group of building units is provided to enable a manager to control a schedule for units which are set in a group. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(130) is connected to units arranged in a building. The communication unit performs data communication. A controller(110) provides a group setup interface for a unit by a user terminal connected to a network. The controller makes the units correspond to at least one group. The controller immediately applies a schedule defined by a user to units belonging to the group.
