Disclosed is a bearing type base-isolated construction method based on the principle that a bearing type base-isolated support leg manufactured by applying the aforementioned base-isolated construction method is installed between an above-located building or object and a plane which supports the aforementioned above-located building or object, that thereby the tremor energy of vertical and horizontal shaking earthquake motions is converted into rotational kinetic energy of a large ball inside the support leg for the aforementioned building and into kinetic energy of vertical motions of a pedestal which is integrated together with the large ball, and that thereby the aforementioned tremor energy is naturally eliminated, thus preventing earthquake motions from extending to the above-located building or object.
