PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode structure for obtaining a high output while aiming at higher capacity of a battery.SOLUTION: Of the electrode structure with an electrode part 13 provided between a collector 11 and an electrolyte layer, the electrode part 13 includes a first electrode part 31 retaining electrolyte in contact with the electrolyte layer, and a second electrode part 32 arranged separated from the electrolyte layer with a retention amount of the electrolyte per volume more than the first electrode part 31. Further, the first electrode part 31 and the second electrode part 32 are to be a first electrode layer 31 and a second electrode layer 32 formed overlapped in a laminated state to an electrolyte side and a collector 11 side.
