PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein in asking a patient about his symptoms concerning medical items before examination, wrong writing and wrong input depending on the patient occur, to reduce the time required for medical examination by doctor's interview while solving the problem of increase in the time required for receiving and attending, and to lessen a feeling of dissatisfaction that the patient cannot tell the doctor about his feelings.SOLUTION: The waiting time is utilized for recording patient's own complaint by an own complaint recording means. Such own complaint is recorded by a coach, whereby the exactness of recording is secured, and a feeling of dissatisfaction that patient's own complaint cannot be told is lessened. The recorded patient's own complaint is presented to the doctor at the start of examination by an own complaint presenting means. The own complaint recording means and the own complaint presenting means are connected to an electronic chart system to heighten the efficiency. |
