PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for power supply units or the like, capable of managing power supply on/off to multiple processing units in a dispersed manner among power supply unit, and capable of turning on and off the power supplies to multiple processing units in a predetermined order.SOLUTION: A processing system 100 includes multiple power supply units 1 and multiple power supply units 2. The processing system 100 makes it possible for a user to arbitrarily select and configure required units from among the units 1, 2 according to required scale. Each power supply unit 1 controls power supply to a processing unit group 20 connected thereto and start/end of the power supply to this processing unit group 20. Each power supply unit 1 is capable of communicating with other power supply units.
