PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus and an application program management method, capable of easily and accurately managing the use time of an application program, and to provide a program for implementing this management on a computer.SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes a non-use start time acquisition unit 36 which, when a prescribed time passes after a working window becomes non-active, determines the application program to have switched to a non-use state and acquires the time when the working window is determined to be not active, as the start time of the non-use state. The information processing apparatus includes a restart time acquisition unit 37 which, when the working window is active with the application program in the non-use state, determines the application program to have switched to a use state and acquires the time when the working window is determined to be active, as the use restart time. |
