PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve throughput of printed board production by preventing an electronic component from projecting from a visual field to improve a recognition rate, and eliminating dispersion of image introduction positions on an electronic component mounter basis to reduce recognition abnormality.SOLUTION: A control microcomputer 30 calculates a difference of a position PL2 of a mounter reference mark 27 in movement of a beam 4A at the highest speed from a position PL3 of the mounter reference mark 27 in the movement at the lowest speed, and an operation microcomputer 31 stores a half value of the difference in its own storage means as an offset value for correcting image incorporation timing. In the case where an electronic component is mounted on an actual printed board P, when the beam 4A moves to a position set by considering the number of pulses obtained by converting the offset value to the number of pulses in an imaging and recognition process of an electronic component sucked and held to a suction nozzle 5, it is reflected on timing at which an image incorporation circuit 41 issues an incorporation command. |
