PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cure an ultraviolet curing resin by irradiating the ultraviolet curing resin for fixing a component to a substrate with an ultraviolet ray from a vertical upper part.SOLUTION: A substrate 8 and a component 6 are laid on a stage device 10. A transparent adsorption head 40 is mounted vertically above the stage device 10. A camera 16 is mounted vertically above the suction head 40. An ultraviolet irradiation machine 60 irradiates the substrate 8 with an ultraviolet ray through the adsorption head 40 when the component 6 is at a position where the component is mounted to the substrate 8. |
