PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust at least one of the position, height, attitude, direction, etc. of a seat into a suitable state for the situation in an optimal condition for a user without causing a cost increase.SOLUTION: This vehicle get-in/out assisting system includes a sensor 11 detecting the lock of a parking brake; a sensor 12 detecting the position of an ignition key; a sensor 13 detecting the wearing of a seat belt; and a control part 14 outputting a control signal for driving the vehicle seat, to a driving part based on signals from these sensors. The control part 14 outputs a control signal SG1 for adjusting the vehicle seat into a suitable state for driving in the locked state of the parking brake, in the ON state of an engine and in the wearing state of the seat belt. The control part 14 also outputs a control signal SG2 for adjusting the vehicle seat into a suitable state for getting in and out in the locked state of the parking brake, in the OFF state of the engine and in the non-wearing state of the seat belt. |
