PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent content distribution to a user other than a regular user, and to perform charging without interposing a company providing the communication service of a portable telephone terminal.SOLUTION: The server device 20 includes: a correspondence relation storage part 25 for storing the prescribed number of contents, received unique URL information, terminal identification information received together with the unique URL information and model information received together with the unique URL information in correspondence; and a transmission/reception part 21 for receiving the other terminal identification information, the other URL information and the other model information further after contents whose copy is limited are transmitted, and transmitting information indicating that the contents cannot be downloaded to the portable telephone terminal 10 of the other terminal identification information when the other URL information is already stored in the correspondence relation storage part 25 and the other terminal identification information is different from the terminal identification information corresponding to the other URL information. |
