PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grinding device for a rotary saw, which forms a grinding striation extending in a rotary direction of the rotary saw on a flank of a chip, and making a rake face of the chip into a mirror face.SOLUTION: This device includes a saw blade feeder (27) for indexing and rotating a rotary saw (3), and a saw moving device (22) for moving the rotary saw (3) forward, backward, in right and left directions. A grinding wheel head (40) is provided on a rotary table (30) rotating with a grinding portion of the rotary saw (3) as a center, and the main shaft (41) of the grinding wheel head (40) is arranged in a direction orthogonal to the radial line of a rotation circle of the rotary table (30). The device further includes grinding wheel moving devices (M5, M6) for moving the grinding wheel head (40) in a radial direction of the rotation circle of the rotary table (30) and a tangential direction of the rotation circle, and a grinding wheel turning device (M7) for turning the grinding wheel with the radial line of the rotation circle of the rotation table (30) as a center. |
