PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a transition to arc discharging and generate ozone high-efficiently in an ozonizer.SOLUTION: The ozonizer (100) is equipped with a pulse generator (110) which includes at least a magnetic switch (SI2) capable of adjusting a pulse formation means to form pulse voltage and the pulse width of the formed pulse voltage and a plurality of electrodes (121A, 121B, 122) to which the pulse voltage whose pulse width is adjusted is applied, and is furnished with a discharge reactor (120) which generates ozone by producing discharge among the plurality of electrodes by applying the pulse voltage whose pulse width is adjusted and supplying a raw material gas containing oxygen from the outside among the electrodes which produced discharge. |
