PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in vitro method for inhibiting cellular hyperproliferation and/or stabilizing microtubule and an in vivo method for treating hyperproliferative disorder.SOLUTION: This invention provides new trans-9,10-dehydroepothilone C and trans-9,10-dehydroepothilone D based derivative compounds and compositions. A method of preparing the compound is also disclosed.
