PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing catalyst that promptly accelerates progress of a curing reaction at a specific temperature when used while allowing almost no progress of a heat-curing reaction over time when stored, and to provide a curable resin composition including the curing catalyst, excellent in both storage stability and low-temperature fast curability.SOLUTION: The latent curing catalyst comprises a phenyl-modified polysiloxane with an average particle diameter of 0.1-50 μm and a curing agent contained in the phenyl-modified polysiloxane.
