PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of excellently carrying paper, by strongly pressing a supply roller to the paper.SOLUTION: This image forming device has a manual feed tray 12 rockably supported by a device body, the supply roller 110 for carrying a recording sheet placed on the manual feed tray 12 toward the inside of the device body, a support mechanism 140 for vertically movably supporting the support roller 110, a driving mechanism 150 allowed to abut on the recording sheet by moving the supply roller 110 downward from an upper standby position by acting on the support mechanism 140 when carrying the recording sheet toward the inside of the device body, and a connecting mechanism 160 for connecting the support mechanism 140 and the manual feed tray 12. Dead weight of the manual feed tray 12 is constituted so as to operate in the direction for pressing the supply roller 110 to the recording sheet via the connecting mechanism 160 and the support mechanism 140. |
