The present invention is an aqueous polyurethane resin composition, which has excellent water resistance properties and chemical resistance properties etc. and is suitably available for a coating composition for surface-treated steels, characterized in that an isocyanurate compound (a) represented by the following general formula (1), a long-chain alkylenediol compound (b) having 10-32 carbon atoms, a polyisocyanate compound (c), a polyol compound (d), an anionic group-introducing compound (e), an anionic group neutralizing agent (f) and water are essential components.
