According to the present invention, a spectroscope CCD correcting method and an apparatus thereof can obtain a wavelength value of (n) for each pixel of a CCD array (3) by acquiring an inversion linear dispersion function and performing a polynomial fitting process in consideration of correcting the variation ratio of a diffraction angle according to a wavelength differently from a conventional case that the variation ratio of the diffraction angle according to the wavelength was not considered, thereby correcting the CCD more accurately compared to the conventional case.
