The present invention relates to a method of laundering fabric comprising the step of contacting a liquid laundry detergent composition comprising a bleach ingredient to water to form a wash liquor, and laundering fabric in said wash liquor, wherein the bleach ingredient has a logPo/w greater than about 0, wherein the bleach ingredient is capable of generating species having a XSO of from about 0.01 to about 0.30, wherein the laundry detergent is contacted to water in such an amount so that the concentration of the laundry detergent composition in the wash liquor is from above 0g/l to 4g/l, and wherein from 0.01kg to 2kg of fabric per litre of wash liquor is dosed into said wash liquor.
