PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a vulcanized tire by which lamp soot and high temperature gas are restrained from spreading to surroundings from a vulcanizing vessel when opening the vulcanizing vessel, and also to provide a vulcanizing apparatus.SOLUTION: After vulcanizing a raw tire TR in the vulcanizing vessel 16 for tire vulcanizing, air in the vulcanizing vessel 16 is sucked and sent to a heat recovery apparatus 66 to recover heat from gas. Thus, the spread of lamp soot and high temperature gas to the surroundings from the vulcanizing vessel 16 is avoided when the vulcanizing vessel 16 is opened. The recovery and reuse of heat provide energy saving effect.
