摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-resistant electroconductive film which has an iron-containing titanium phosphide layer including iron (Fe), titanium (Ti) and phosphor (P), is formed on at least a part of the surface of a substrate, and shows superior corrosion resistance or electroconductivity.SOLUTION: The corrosion-resistant electroconductive film is obtained by immersing a titanium substrate (titanium-based substrate) made from pure titanium (JIS first class) into a molten salt (treatment material) formed of a mixture salt of sodium phosphate (Na3PO4), anhydrous boric acid (B2O3) and tricalcium phosphate (Ca3(PO4)2), and subsequently subjecting the titanium substrate to a gas nitriding treatment (nitriding process) in a current of nitrogen gas (N2>99.999%) at 1,000°C for 2 hours.
