PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein conventional optical wireless communication apparatuses cannot selectively transmit information to a device which becomes an information transmission destination.SOLUTION: The optical wireless communication apparatus includes a photographic section 101 for photographing an object indicating a light irradiation destination to be used for optical wireless communication and acquiring image; an irradiation destination position information acquiring section 12 for detecting the position of the object indicating the light irradiation destination in the photographed image acquired by the photographic section 101 and acquiring irradiation destination position information which is the information of the position of the light irradiation destination indicated by the object; a laser output section 106 for outputting a laser light which is the light to serve used in optical communication corresponding to the information which is received by a transmitting information receiving section 105 and is transmitted by the optical wireless communication; and a movable mirror section 108 for reflecting the laser light outputted from the laser output section 106 and irradiating the position indicated by the irradiation destination position information acquired by the irradiation destination position information acquiring section 12 with the reflected laser light. |
