摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating a cemented carbide with which treatment can be inexpensively performed, and the cemented carbide to be regenerated has a uniform composition.SOLUTION: The method for regenerating a cemented carbide comprises: a stage where a cemented carbide comprising the carbides or the like of the group 4, 5 and 6 metals in the Periodic Table other than WC of 1 to 5 mass% and Co of 5 to 20%, and the balance WC is treated with an acid solution, and Co is eluted into the acid solution so as to separate the Co-eluted solution and solid matter as residue; a stage where the solid matter as residue is treated with an alkali solution so as to obtain a hard phase component-eluted solution in which the cemented carbide alloy components other than the Co are eluted into the alkali solution; a stage where the Co-eluted solutio and the hard phase component-eluted solution are mixed; a stage where the mixed solution is subjected to spray drying so as to produce precursor powder; a stage where the precursor powder is heat-treated so as to synthesize raw material powder in which the hard phase components are carbonated; and a stage where the raw material powder is compacted and fired so as to obtain a cemented carbide in which the maximum grain size of the hard phase is ≤0.5 μm.
