摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To devise arithmetic processing of a rotational frequency from a pulse signal of a rotator so as to obtain the latest rotational frequency sequentially updated even at the deceleration time when a pulse interval is extended.SOLUTION: The pulse signal with the pulse interval changing according to a rotational speed of the rotator 41 of a sensor 4 of a run detector 3 is input to an arithmetic processing unit 5. Generally, the rotational frequency of the rotator 41 is computed based on the determinate pulse interval of the pulse signal detected in a fixed measurement time just before by a regular computation means of the arithmetic processing unit 5 at a computation timing in every computation cycle. When an interval from a front edge of this indeterminate pulse interval of the pulse signal to the computation timing becomes longer than the previous pulse interval due to deceleration, the rotational frequency of the rotator 41 is computed by a deceleration computation means in place of the regular computation means based on the pulse interval in the fixed measurement time including the latest pulse interval reflecting the latest rotational frequency, assuming the interval from the front edge of this pulse interval to the computation timing to be the latest pulse interval, thus computing the latest rotational frequency sequentially updated in every computation cycle even at the deceleration time when the pulse interval is extended.
