PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape holder-integrated type cassette shoe assembly holding a tape without slackness, holding the tape in a tensile state between a recessed surface and a workpiece, easily exchanging a workpiece, and machining the workpiece in a flexible manner.SOLUTION: The tape lapping device comprises a pair of shoe assemblies 2 having a recessed surface 2a which brings a tape 5 into contact with a surface of a workpiece 3 and presses the tape thereagainst, a pair of opening/closing arms 1 supported by a body 15 and supporting the shoe assemblies 2, an arm opening/closing device D, a tape feeding holder 6, a tape winding holder 7, sub arms 17 mounted on front ends of the opening/closing arms in an opening/closing manner, a front end guide roller 8 fixed to a sub arm end, and a base part guide roller 9 arranged at a base part of the opening/closing arm. When the opening/closing arms are opened, the sub arms are pressed by an arm spring 21 and opened, and the tape 5 is pulled without any slackness. When the opening/closing arms are closed, the tape is pulled between the recessed surfaces of the pair of shoe assemblies and the workpiece to close the sub arms. |
