PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet which is good in lamination aptitude on a metal sheet, has embossment heat resistance, and has neither cracks even when being subjected to an alkaline immersion test, nor appearance change in a boiling water immersion test.SOLUTION: The laminated sheet is characterized in that at least one outermost layer (hereinafter A layer 10) essentially consists of resin composition comprising: ≥50 mass% of aromatic polyester resin (al component) whose glass transition temperature is ≥100°C; and ≤50 mass% of aromatic polycarbonate resin (a2 component), relative to the mass of the entire A layer resin component, that the glass transition temperature of the a2 component is higher than that of the a1 component, and that the thickness of the A layer is 5-100 μm, with rugged design provided on the exposed surface of the A layer. |
