PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fermented milk little in syneresis and having stable texture, moreover, to produce the fermented milk without using special materials and equipment.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method for fermented milk which method includes separating the material used for production of the fermented milk into the material containing oil and fat ingredients and the material containing no oil and fat ingredient, performing homogenization treatment only of the material containing the oil and fat ingredients, and performing no homogenization treatment of the materials containing no oil and fat ingredients. Thus, the fermented milk of low oil and fat type can be suppressed in syneresis of the fermented milk after fermentation without using a special material and an apparatus. |
