PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer that can equalize densities of settling materials having density differences in a short period of time in the inkjet printer, that intermittently supplies liquid including the settling materials such as a colorant to ink via an ink supply pipe.SOLUTION: This inkjet printer includes an agitating container having an ink agitating means that is inserted into the ink supply pipe at a portion in the vicinity of a print head, the ink supply pipe coupling an ink tank to the print head. The agitating container is provided with an ink blocking means for blocking flow-in of ink from the ink supply pipe, and an ink supply means that opens the blocking means and supplies ink to the agitating container through the ink supply pipe when an amount of ink in the agitating container becomes lower than a predetermined value. |
