PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job history auditing system which enables the capacity of a data server to be reduced.SOLUTION: In the job history auditing system, an intermediate server 203 includes: a job information and content information registration part 304 performing a first registration processing to register both job information and content information received from an MFP 201 in a data server 204; a content information registration part 305 performing second registration processing to register only the content information in the data server 204; and a registration processing determination part 302 causing either the job information and content information registration part 304 or the content information registration part 305 to perform the data registration processing by referring to the archive control information 303 specified for the information to be registered in the data server 204. The content information registered in the data server 204 is deleted based on the archive control information 303.
