PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for ozone sterilization for performing powerful sterilization by efficiently providing bacteria with ozone.SOLUTION: The apparatus for ozone sterilization includes: a gas-liquid mixture generation unit 30 for generating gas-liquid mixture where gas containing ozone is mixed with liquid as nano-sized bubbles; an ozone solution unit 31 for collapsing bubbles generated by the gas-liquid mixture generation unit 30 and solving ozone in liquid; and an ozone solution supply unit 32 for supplying a sterilized object 40 with the ozone solution generated by the ozone solution unit. Alternatively, the apparatus includes: the gas-liquid mixture generation unit 30 for generating cooled gas-liquid mixture where gas containing ozone is mixed with the liquid as nano-sized bubble; and a dispense portion 7 for dispensing the cooled gas-liquid mixture to the sterilized object 40.
