PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it compatible to delay image information reading and to prevent the control information data from disappearing.SOLUTION: The hard disk drive 100 includes: a disk medium 115; a read controller 402 to control the information reading from the disk medium 115; a deciding section 405 to decide whether to neglect the read errors of the information based on the kinds of the information to be read; and a transmission controller 407 to transmit the information to the host device 150 without detecting the read errors in the information read by the read controller 402 when decided to neglect the read errors. |
