PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient mass production system of a hanger capable of small lot multi-product production of the hanger, while securing space-saving, labor-saving and cost reduction.SOLUTION: This efficient mass production system has a manufacturing line 3a and a packing area 2. The manufacturing line 3a has a plurality of manufacturing areas 41-43 and a carrying area 7 for carrying the hanger manufactured by the respective manufacturing areas 41-43 up to the packing area 2. The manufacturing areas 41-43 have respectively a taking-out means for moving a hanger molding machine and the manufactured hanger to the carrying area 7. The carrying area 7 is constituted by arranging carrying lines corresponding to the respective manufacturing areas 41-43 so that its part vertically overlaps in a multistage shape. The respective carrying lines are constituted of a screw conveyor and a stock line continuing with its tip side, and can carry the hanger on the stock line up to the packing area 2 by rotation and a gradient of the stock line in the hanger successively moved to the stock line. |
