PURPOSE: A blue paint composition for white line tires is provided to uniformly maintain the thickness of a film while uniformly applied on the white line of tires and to improve appearance quality. CONSTITUTION: A blue paint composition for white line tires comprises a fixing agent 23.0~35.0 weight%, emulsifying and dispersing agent 1.0~2.5 weight%, antifreezer 0.5~1.0 weight%, film stabilizer 1.5~3.0 weight%, mobility control additive 1.0~2.5 weight%, pigment 0.5~1.0 weight% and diluent 55.0~65.0 weight%. The fixing agent is a polyvinylalcohol(-(CH2-CHOH)n-), polyvinylacetate(-(CH2-CHOCOCH3)n-) or polyvinyl alcohol-polyvinyl acetate copolymer. |
