SOLAR CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHODS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same re provided to reduce cost required for manufacturing processes though a mechanical concavo-convex forming process with respect to a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive type first doping part(20) is formed on a substrate(10). A concavo-convex(11) is formed at the interface of the substrate and the first doping part. An anti-reflection film(30) is formed on the first doping part to cover the concavo-convex. A first electrode(40) is formed on the anti-reflection film. A second doping part(50) is formed at the rear side of the substrate. A second electrode(60) is formed on the second doping part.
