PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnostic device of an oil mist removal device capable of diagnosing abnormality of each stage of a plurality of stages of oil mist removal devices that remove oil mist contained in a gas.SOLUTION: An abnormality diagnostic device 1a of an oil mist removal device comprises: a calculation part 33 which calculates index values by using a predetermined expression the variables of which are an amount of oil mist contained in a gas entering an oil mist removal 7 and an amount of oil mist contained in a gas coming out of the oil mist removal 7 with respect to each of a plurality of stages of the oil mist removal devices 7; and a first judgment part 35 which compares the index value of each of the plurality of stages of oil mist removal devices 7 with a first predetermined reference value to judge whether or not each of the plurality of stages of oil mist removal devices 7 is abnormal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
