PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glare evaluation system and a glare evaluation program capable of improving reliability of a subjective evaluation of the degree of glare.SOLUTION: A control unit 3 of a glare evaluation system 1 controls an evaluation object light source 5 based on time clocked by a timer 3a, and allows a storage unit 9 to store a lighting condition Tk of the evaluation object light source 5 and an evaluation result Gk of the degree of glare under the lighting condition Tk so that they correspond to each other.
