PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a power fluctuation caused by an edge of a waveform at a data change point, and a power fluctuation caused by preemphasis and non-preemphasis, in a transmission circuit which outputs data in two states, i.e., a preemphasis state and a non-preemphasis state.SOLUTION: The transmission circuit includes a first circuit shown in Fig.A and a second circuit shown in Fig.B. First signals 601n and 601q and first preemphasis signals 601p and 601r are input to input circuits 601g-601j of the first circuit. Second signals 602n and 602q and second preemphasis signals 602p and 602r are input to input circuits 602g-602j of the second circuit. When the first signals change, the second signals do not change. When the first signals do not change, the second signals change. Either of a set of output circuits 601a and 601b of the first circuit and a set of output circuits 602a and 602b of the second circuit is in the preemphasis state, and therefore, the value of a current flowing through the entire output circuit is constant. |
